This Virtual Library is a joint effort of Pronatura Noroeste A.C. and the Bird Laboratory of the University of Baja California Sur. It includes refereed publications and gray literature related to shorebirds that permanently or seasonally inhabit Mexico. This compilation aims to facilitate the identification of scientific information on this group of birds, for research, education and conservation purposes. Considering that new reports are constantly being published on this subject, we will thank users to send us the reference to any publication not included in this compilation, as well as its pdf file, to the address:
