Access to and use of this site by any person (hereinafter the USER), whose electronic address is www.pronatura-noroeste.org, as well as the microsites that are supported on this website (hereinafter the SITE), or of which Pronatura Noroeste, A.C. is also the owner, constitutes the full and unconditional acceptance and agreement by the USER with Pronatura Noroeste, A.C. (hereinafter Pronatura Noroeste), in relation to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the SITE and microsites.

These terms of use govern the use of and access to the SITE, as well as all material included therein. This includes, but is not limited to, texts, processes, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, names, programs, or specific projects generated and/or developed personally or through partnerships with third parties, presented on this SITE or on a site dedicated to the project itself, as well as informational and multimedia content, studies, programs, and expert recommendations focused on educating the public to reduce environmental impact (hereinafter, the CONTENT). Therefore, it is necessary for the USER to read and carefully evaluate these terms beforehand, so that their acceptance is conscious and free, and they agree to be bound by them and any modifications they may undergo, at any time and place. If at any time the USER does not agree in totally or partially with these SPECIFIC PROVISIONS, they must immediately refrain from accessing or using the part of the SITE and/or CONTENT that is governed by them:

The USER acknowledges the SITE, as well as the CONTENT, are the absolute and exclusive property of Pronatura Noroeste, unless expressly provided otherwise, and are protected by applicable national legislation. Therefore, Pronatura Noroeste reserves the right in any time to modify or remove, in any way, the SITE and the CONTENT, in totally or partially; as well as to deny the USER access to the SITE and/or the CONTENT, in totally or partially.

Pronatura Noroeste only authorizes the USER who accepts the conditions established in these TERMS OF USE to access and use the SITE and the CONTENT in accordance with TERMS OF USE. This does not imply that Pronatura Noroeste grants the USER any license, authorization, or other right than access to and use of the SITE and the CONTENT, in accordance with the TERMS OF USE. Specifically, intellectual and industrial property rights that may derive from the SITE and the CONTENT shall at all the time are exclusive and absolute property of Pronatura Noroeste, unless otherwise expressly provided by Pronatura Noroeste.

For sections where a username and password/ID are used, these are provided free of charge (unless otherwise indicated). It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential and personal. Pronatura Noroeste will not be responsible for any use made of this information if you share it or fail to protect it properly. Therefore, you must notify us immediately of any issues with your username and password.

Must not use another person’s USERNAME and password/ID, unless that person expressly and previously granted permission to use and access their data.

Obligation to Use the Site Properly

The USER agrees to use the SITE and its CONTENT in accordance with applicable laws and the provisions set forth in these TERMS OF USE.

The USER agrees to use the SITE and any of its CONTENT in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights or interests of Pronatura Noroeste or third parties. Specifically, the USER agrees to refrain from: a) Using the SITE and its CONTENT for purposes or effects contrary to the law and these TERMS OF USE; b) Copying, disseminating, modifying, reproducing, distributing, or using the SITE and/or its CONTENT in any way for profit, unless expressly authorized in writing by Pronatura Noroeste; c) modify or alter trademarks, logos, commercial notices, trade names, and distinctive signs in general that form part of the SITE or the CONTENT, regardless of who holds the rights relating to them, unless prior written authorization from Pronatura Noroeste has been obtained; d) remove or modify, in whole or in part, the SITE or the CONTENT, as well as any technical protection devices or any mechanism or procedure established on the SITE; and, e) any act or attempt to extract, through the SITE or its CONTENT, information, materials, or codes not intended for use as part of the SITE.

The USER agrees to access and/or use the SITE and its CONTENT in accordance with the mechanisms or procedures established for such purposes by Pronatura Noroeste through the SITE.

The USER agrees to respect all Intellectual and Industrial Property rights over the SITE and the CONTENT, which are owned by Pronatura Noroeste. 

The USER may only make simple copies of the educational CONTENT for personal use, provided that the Copyright @ or Copyright Notice in favor of Pronatura Noroeste appears with its corresponding credits. 

Pronatura Noroeste contains links to third-party websites. These websites are not under the control of Pronatura Noroeste, unless otherwise specified, and therefore Pronatura Noroeste is not responsible for the content, advertising, products, or any other materials or links contained in said sites. 

The USER expressly authorizes Pronatura Noroeste to use, process, manage, and investigate, for the purposes for which it was provided, all information (including personal or confidential information) that the USER provides to Pronatura Noroeste through the SITE (hereinafter PERSONAL INFORMATION). 

The USER agrees to provide true and accurate PERSONAL INFORMATION. In the event that the USER provides incomplete, false, contradictory, or confusing information, Pronatura Noroeste reserves the right to deny access, service, and use of the SITE, microsite, and its CONTENTS.
Pronatura Noroeste may not share PERSONAL INFORMATION with third parties, unless required by a competent judicial or administrative authority, or when necessary to provide a service or product requested by the USER, which is expressly utilized by the USER.
