As a result of the process of Consultation and Participatory Planning that began in 2013, this workshop concluded a consensus proposal for a Fisheries Management Plan, which will be submitted to the fisheries authorities for authorization and publication in the Official Journal of the Federation, and thus have and implement a public policy instrument to ensure the sustainable use of the resource.
