Miguel Ángel Vargas, director of Pronatura Noroeste’s Land Conservation program, presented at the third seminar: Voluntary Land Conservation: National policy, experiences and government coordination, on the topic of the Areas Voluntarily Designated for Conservation (ADVC) that Pronatura Noroeste has in Magdalena Bay in Baja California Sur and Santa María Bay in Sinaloa. This event occurred on August 16, 2017, at the Chamber of Deputies in Mexico City.
